He holds multiple Diploma's, Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication and a Master’s in Information Technology from Swinburne University Melbourne—an academic foundation that fuels his passion for transforming technical learning.

His career spans hands‑on engineering and high‑level content strategy, uniquely positioning him to bridge innovation with practical impact. Sravan’s work has helped Absolve attract and retain global customers for technology solutions, web development, customised business databases, social‑media marketing strategies, application design, upskilling and GAP training for employees, induction for new hires, professional development, and consulting to place the right skills where they are needed worldwide.

Early in his career, Sravan worked with a market-leading ISP on operations and satellite internet—experience that shaped his belief that technology bridges distances and changes lives. Over 20 years in Australia, he has designed training programs and elevated academic standards across electronics, telecommunications, multimedia, IT networking and network security. He has supported renowned TAFEs, universities and NBM Australia with technology upgrades, learning standards, syllabi, training schedules and structured pathways—co-ordinating global teams and maintaining compliance as a certified Academic Auditor.
